Join us as we explore the art of crafting these iconic French delicacies, perfect for enjoying alfresco.

Under the guidance of our expert baker, you’ll learn the ins and outs of creating the perfect pastry crust and flavoursome fillings for your quiche. From the rolling, to filling and baking to perfection, you’ll master every aspect in creating a delicious vegetarian quiche.

To complement your picnic spread, our expert will also take you through the preparation of a light and creamy Flan Pâtissier, a traditional French custard tart. Learn the secrets behind achieving the perfect custard texture and mastering the art of caramelisation.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have crafted a French-inspired picnic feast fit for sharing.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
