Cinnamon buns have been a Bread Ahead staple from the beginning. Whether it was the Scandinavian cardamom infused scrolls or the wickedly indulgent cream cheese laden ‘sinner buns’ we’ve been all over them! Now we’re going to let you in on a few tips and tricks to recreate a little twist on the Cinnabon (the Bread Ahead way), wonderfully gooey, soft, sweet and beautifully spiced. 

If you’ve been fortunate enough to try the original then you’ll know nothing compares to a warm, freshly baked Cinnabon dripping with frosting. Alongside our expert bakers, you’re going to create this very experience at home. Join us online and let’s bake up a classic treat everyone will love in just a few hours.

Please note: There is some pre-class preparation, you will make the bun dough the day before, during the class we will make the filling, frosting and assemble our buns. We will talk about how to perfectly bake these buns to achieve that classic Cinnabon finish – if you’d prefer to make the dough with us live in the class, then bake the following day, the teacher will be doing a complete demonstration of this.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 1.5 hours.
