Mastering the art of laminated doughs is the ultimate pursuit of bakers across the globe, we’ll teach you how to perfect the techniques you’ll need to bake exquisite pastries at home. Once you’ve championed the skills alongside our expert baker you’ll gain the confidence and knowledge to create laminated doughs with ease, you’ll love just how versatile they can be.

During the 2.5 hour live workshop we will bake: CROISSANTSPUFF PASTRYFRANGIPANE.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed. The workshop requires some preparation of ingredients and doughs prior to the event, your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2.5 hours.
