Christmas is a fantastic time in the bakery and school but we know very well just how limiting the festive season can seem when it comes to gluten free baking. We’ve selected our favourite gluten free recipes for our Gluten Free Christmas workbook.

Our buckwheat pastry has been a firm favourite in the school for many years, we’ve adapted it into this wonderfully rich herby mushroom tart. Together we’ll produce crisp and crunchy chestnut grissini and of course no Christmas lunch would be complete without Christmas pudding. By the end of this workshop you’ll have canapes, main and dessert sorted… all gluten free and all delicious!

 

During the 2.5 hour live workshop we will bake: HERBY MUSHROOM BUCKWHEAT & CHEDDAR TART, CHESTNUT GRISSINI & CHRISTMAS PUDDING.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed. Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2.5 hours.
