For those us with dietary needs or for better health opted for a gluten free diet we all know how hard it is to find delicious baked goods. Our gluten free E workbook will have you baking wonderful gluten free sweet and savoury bakes in no time. Simplicity is the key, we use ingredients that are all natural and easy to source at health food shops and online.

During the 2.5 hour live workshop we will bake: CHIA & LINSEED LOAF, BUCKWHEAT CHEESE STRAWS, AMARETTI.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, no specialist equipment is needed. Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list and a comprehensive guide to alternative flour types. The workshop will last approximately 2.5 hours.
