Ready to explore the versatility of sweet sourdough baking?

If you’re already comfortable with sourdough and eager to expand your skills, join us for an intensive two-day workshop dedicated entirely to sweet sourdough creations.

Under the guidance of our sourdough expert, you’ll use a stiff starter to create a visually stunning Marbled Sourdough, a rich Sourdough Noir with dried cherries or cranberries, and also a beautiful Walnut & Cinnamon Sourdough Babka.

Discover how to use ripe (fed) starter for chewy Raisin & Cinnamon Sourdough Bagels and versatile Coconut Sourdough Flatbreads. Plus, make the most of your sourdough discard to bake delightful Milk Chocolate & Almond Sourdough Cookies, moist Sourdough Banana Bread, light Lemon Poppy Seed Sourdough Scones, and handy Wholemeal Sugar Sourdough Crackers.

By the end of these two days, you’ll be confident in creating a wide variety of delicious sweet sourdough recipes.

This course uses wheat, rye, dairy, nuts and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.
