You’ll learn how to bake classic naan breads as well as three other Indian flatbreads in just a few hours.

If you’ve always wanted to make your own fresh breads to accompany your favourite curries and Indian dishes, this class will give you the skills as well as the confidence to produce these at home. Once you’ve completed this online baking workshop you’ll be able to create fresh Indian breads with ease. 

Under the guidance of our expert bakers not only will you create your own naan breads, but you’ll create the extremely versatile chapati dough. Our bakery teachers will show you how to turn this dough into three very different flatbreads; chapatis, pooris and parathas. Each with a distinct method of cooking, the results are equally as distinct and delicious.


During the live baking workshop we will make: NAAN BREAD, POORIS & PARATHAS

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2– 2 .5 hours.
