This workshop is perfect for anyone who’s gluten-intolerant and keen to learn more about the process of sourdough bread making. Over the course of this half-day class, our gluten free expert will demystify the sourdough process and have you making your own gluten-free sourdough. You’ll create a new starter as well as a honey-sourdough dough which you’ll use to shape a loaf, baguette and rolls. In addition, you’ll be shown how to vary this loaf to produce a rich dark pumpernickel.

We must stress that this course does take place in a bakery, so trace amounts of gluten-containing flour may be present. That said, we’ll give you the knowledge and recipes required to bake at home in an environment you can be certain is gluten-free.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.
