£10 from each booking will be donated to NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Services in aid of the bushfire recovery operation in Australia.

While the origins of these infamous tea time bakes may be well debated, there’s no doubt over why these Australian treats are so popular.

On this half day workshop you will learn to bake pillowy soft vanilla Lamingtons, supposedly served to guests of Australia’s Lord Lamington, a perfect combination of sponge, sweet raspberry jam, coated in creamy milk chocolate and desiccated coconut.

We’ll be guiding you through two extremely well loved Australian biscuits, the oaty classic; Anzac cookies and a special Bread Ahead version of the chocolate coated Tim Tam.
