While the origins of these infamous tea time bakes may be well debated, there’s no doubt over why these Australian treats are so popular.

You will learn to bake pillowy soft vanilla Lamingtons, supposedly served to guests of Australia’s Lord Lamington, a perfect combination of sponge, sweet raspberry jam, coated in chocolate and desiccated coconut.

We’ll be guiding you through a classic Australian cheese & herb Damper bread, a white tea time loaf much like a soda bread and the well known classic, Anzac biscuits.

During the live workshop we will bake: CHEESE & HERB DAMPER BREAD, VANILLA LAMINGTONS & ANZAC BISCUITS

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.  Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The baking workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
