While the origins of these infamous tea time bakes may be well debated, there’s no doubt over why these Australian treats are so popular.

You will learn to bake pillowy soft vanilla Lamingtons, supposedly served to guests of Australia’s Lord Lamington, a perfect combination of sponge, sweet raspberry jam, coated in creamy milk chocolate and desiccated coconut.

We’ll be guiding you through two extremely well loved Australian biscuits, the oaty classic; Anzac cookies and a special Bread Ahead version of the chocolate coated Tim Tam.


During the 2.5 hour live workshop we will bake: VANILLA LAMINGTONS, ANZAC BISCUITS & TIM TAMS.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.  Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
