A little known fact is that Japan has a long and illustrious culture of bakery and bread.
In this bakery workshop we celebrate this history and teach you all the skills and knowledge to bake some very Japanese breads; including melon pan and a rice flour Loaf, as well as some delicious traditional cheese buns.
This baking workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.
Allergen information: this baking course uses wheat, egg, dairy and sulphites. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alternations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
