DISCOVER ITALY’S REGIONAL BAKES

Journey across Italy on this four week online course

It is well known that Italy celebrates its regional produce like few other nations. We’re going to take you on a baking journey across the regions, learning to bake eight diverse, delicious and regional bakes across four weeks. Learn to create a number of breads and sweets and further your knowledge of both Italian cuisine and your baking skills.

You’ll be learning about and baking your way through Emilia-Romagna, Piedmont, Tuscany and Campania. Alongside our expert baker you’ll make classic Italian flatbreads, herbed crispbreads, polenta rich country loaves and we’ll be working with other grains such as spelt and rye so you can experience the depth and variety of these ingredients. Our final week introduces some wonderful sweet bakes, master the yeasted dessert, baba and a traditional flourless cake, torta Caprese.
