Learn to bake pizza, Stromboli and tiramisu in this online class.

We’ve selected some delicious recipes we’re confident everyone will love learning to create no matter their baking level! In just 2.5 hours you’ll have an Italian feast to enjoy, we’ve even included a classic dessert, tiramisu, that’s so simple to prepare, yet so tasty. If you want to perfect your pizza skills then this class will cover it all, not only will you make your own pizza (including the sauce) you’ll also make a Stromboli. A versatile way to use your pizza dough, filled with your favourite additions and baked to perfection.

Alongside our expert bakers you’ll learn all about properly developing dough, shaping it into two distinct bakes and the best techniques for achieving that perfect bake. You’ll finish the class with two delicious savoury bakes and a generous tiramisu to round off your feast. Grab an apron and let’s bake!

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level. Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list.

  • There is a small amount of pre-class prep to complete the day before the workshop (15 minutes of preparation).
  • Download your workbook from your confirmation email.
  • Allergens include: gluten & dairy.
  • Each workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours
