Learn to make traditional Jewish breads and sweets with us online.

If you’ve been fortunate enough to have visited a traditional Jewish bakery you’ll know just how diverse and delicious Jewish breads and confections can be. During the course of this two hour workshop you’ll learn how to perfectly shape and bake the well known Jewish treats Rugelach and a New York deli style rye loaf, an essential element in a true pastrami sandwich. 

Alongside our expert bakers you’ll be guiding through each and every step. Develop your kneading skills, improve your knowledge of enriched doughs and finally master that perfect loaf.

During the live baking workshop we will make: RUGELACH & DELI RYE LOAF 

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list.

The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.

Following your booking you will receive an order confirmation via email.

The workshop requires some preparation of ingredients prior to the event so when you receive your workbook please read the preparation page before attending the class.
