Learn to make traditional Jewish breads and sweets with us online.

If you’ve been fortunate enough to have visited a traditional Jewish bakery you’ll know just how diverse and delicious Jewish breads and confections can be. During the course of this two hour workshop you’ll learn how to perfectly shape and bake the well known Jewish treats Rugelach and a New York deli style rye loaf, an essential element in a true pastrami sandwich. We’ve even included the famed Matzo crackers – or as they are also known, Matza, crisp and light they’re simple to bake and even easier to eat.

Alongside our expert bakers you’ll be guiding through each and every step. Develop your kneading skills, improve your knowledge of enriched doughs and finally master that perfect loaf.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2– 2 .5 hours.
