Learn to make traditional Jewish breads and sweets.
If you’ve been fortunate enough to have visited a traditional Jewish bakery you’ll know just how diverse and delicious Jewish breads and confections can be. During the course of this half day workshop you’ll learn how to perfectly shape and bake the well known Jewish treats Rugelach and a New York deli style rye loaf, an essential element in a true pastrami sandwich.
Our delicately spiced honey loaf cake is the perfect balance of sweetness, spice and mellow notes from the addition of coffee and walnuts.
Alongside our expert bakers you’ll be guiding through each and every step. Develop your kneading skills, improve your knowledge of enriched doughs and finally master that perfect loaf.
