Buns fit for a King, Chelsea Buns were created at The Bun House, a bakery favoured by the Royal Family. You’ll learn how to create the deliciously soft dough, before rolling it out and generously filling it with raisins and sultanas. After baking, we’ll brush them with plenty of sweet and sticky glaze, a perfect treat and delicious still warm from the oven.
