Time to get baking and filling our tarts, learn to roll, line and bake a tart shell. The Junior Bakers will then create two delicious fillings, a British classic and Bread Ahead favourite vanilla custard tart – make sure you get that perfect wobble. Gudria will then show you how to make a wonderfully rich chocolate filling, this one’s an absolute treat!
