A lovely bread recipe perfect for Summer picnics, we’re making mini ciabattas, or ciabattinis. Gudria will be showing the bakers how to make this classic Italian bread, before shaping them into small rolls ideal for sandwiches. We’ve got a great method to make light work of this airy dough and with just a handful of ingredients needed this is a great way to spend a few hours in the kitchen!
