This half term we’re taking on one of the lesser known biscuits, Viennese swirls. These buttery biscuits are sandwiched with buttercream and fruity jam to make the most delicious treat. Gudria will guide the Junior Bakers through the steps from making the biscuit dough, piping the biscuits into their signature swirl to whipping up buttercream to fill your biscuits with.
