Gudria has prepared a very special session, as you will know we take our brioche very seriously at Bread Ahead. From our infamous doughnuts to our bridge roll sandwiches, we LOVE all things brioche. This week Junior Bakers will be making custard filled brioche buns, light, creamy and the perfect treat for breakfast or mid-morning snack. You’ll learn to make the brioche dough, custard filling and shape these into perfect buns.
