If you’re not familiar with empanadas then let us tell you they are one of the most delicious, fun and enjoyable things to bake. Similar to a Cornish pasty, empanadas are crimped ‘hand pies’ filled with a whole host of savoury fillings. Gudria is going to share her tips on how to make perfect pastry, the tastiest fillings and how to master that crimp!
