We hope the Junior Bakers are ready for a bit of a challenge, we’ll be making a true pastry classic this half term. Over the two days we’ll make a rough puff pastry, a very important part of any baker’s journey. We’ll use this on the second day to make a sticky, sweet pear tarte tatin, think of a really special upside down cake! You’ll learn some really key skills, from pastry to making caramel and baking this very unique dessert.

Baking Club has a new start time: 11am, we’ll send you a ZOOM invite two days prior.

This two day special will take place at the same time on Monday 30th May 2023 and Tuesday 31st May 2023 (you only need to sign up for session one, you will automatically be invited to session two).
