Freshly baked pretzels still warm from the oven are some of life’s greatest treats. Gudria is going to show the Junior Bakers how to make fluffy sweet pretzel sticks, a fun take on the classic pretzel. Always a popular option in the Bakery School, the junior bakers will boil and then bake the dough they’ve prepared themselves, rolled in cinnamon and sugar and dipped into a warm homemade chocolate sauce. A great way to get the little ones excited about bread baking!
