Palmiers are a classic French treat, usually made with flaky puff pastry and a generous sprinkle of sugar. We’re going to be making a delicious savoury version, filled with rich pesto and seasonal tomatoes. These ‘pinwheels’ are the perfect bake for picnics, an afternoon snack or a party treat. You can of course use all sorts of flavours and fillings which we’ll discuss during the live class.
