Learn to create the flavours of the Middle East with a soft Lavash bread and creamy Labneh.

Our expert baker will guide you through making thin, delightful Lavash – a versatile and quick bread perfect for dips, wraps, and al fresco dining. 

Alongside your Lavash, you’ll learn to prepare fresh, tangy Labneh. This creamy, strained yogurt cheese is the perfect accompaniment.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have crafted a complete Middle Eastern duo, ready for  your picnics and summer spreads.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list.

The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
