Learn to create three irresistible sweet treats with a healthier twist—perfect for those who love to bake but want to keep it balanced. Moving away from the use of refined sugars, this workshop will offer you alternatives to enjoy sweet bakes without processed sugars.

Velvety, creamy, and lightly caramelised—make our take on the classic Basque cheesecake, made with brown sugar. Soft, gooey, and spiced to perfection our low sugar cinnamon buns are made with dates and for a wholesome twist on a classic favourite. Our team’s favourite chocolate covered nut & seed brittle is a delicious refined sugar free treat.

This course uses wheat, egg, dairy, nuts and sulphites. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
