In this Tea House masterclass, you will learn to make a selection of delicious biscuits that work beautifully when served as part of an Afternoon Tea or just with a pot of tea or coffee.

Our expert baker will guide you through the process of making a classic selection of lemon cream cookies, sable aux fraises and beautifully decorated chocolate & caramel shortbread.

The lemon cream cookies are zesty bites of crisp biscuits sandwiched with a tangy buttercream, while the sable aux fraises is a real sweet show-stopper. You’ll enjoy working with chocolate to decorate your indulgent caramel and chocolate shortbread.

Our Tea House classes pay close attention to flavour as well as the finish of every bake – by the end you will have three types of biscuits that not only look exquisite but taste exquisite too!

This course uses wheat, rye, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.
