Macarons may seem like a daunting task, but alongside the guidance of our expert baker you’ll successfully create a beautiful batch of macarons in less than two hours. There are certain keys steps to making macarons, you’ll learn the tips and tricks and what to look out for in the preparation and baking process.

By the end of this one and a half hour masterclass you’ll have a delicious plate of classic almond macarons filled with a rich peanut butter and vanilla buttercream. We’ll also be discussing flavour options, fillings and additions so you can confidently experiment in your future baking projects.

During the live baking workshop we will make: MACARONS WITH PEANUT BUTTER &/OR VANILLA FILLING


The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 1.5 hours.
