We know that sourdough baking can seem confusing and often times intimidating to many home bakers. At Bread Ahead we take great pride in breaking down the terminology and processes to deliver comprehensive sourdough classes to every level of baker.

Our expert bakery school teachers guide you through the essential processes in every step of sourdough baking, from understanding the science behind building and maintaining a sourdough starter to the importance of water, salt and the impact of temperature on your dough. By the end of this online class not only will you have developed your knowledge of sourdough baking terms, you will have produced your own sourdough dough ready for baking.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 1 .5 hours.
