BAKE YOUR FAVOURITE TREATS FROM ITALY & PORTUGAL

Learn to make classic sweet bakes from across the Mediterranean in just a few hours.

If you’ve always wanted to make authentic pastel de nata (Portuguese custard tarts) or crunchy cannoli but needed a little support then this course is the perfect place to master these bakes. We’ll be baking two classic sweet bakes from Italy and Portugal in the ultimate Mediterranean sweet bakes workshop. 

Achieving the flakiest pastry is key when making a true pastel de nata, alongside our expert bakers you’ll learn exactly how you can achieve this at home. We’ll also explore how to get that signature crunch to your cannolis. You’ll be guided through the key stages for each of these bakes, learning directly from our expert bakers so you can achieve excellent results baking at home.

During the live baking workshop we will make: PASTEL DE NATA (Portuguese custard tarts) & CANNOLIS

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, but you will need a start tip piping nozzle. If you have a pasta machine you may want to use this, but it’s not essential.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2– 2 .5 hours.
