Discover the secrets behind the perfect puff pastry. Learn how to create a versatile base that can be transformed into countless delicious treats. Over the course of this two day online workshop we’ll guide you through every step in making a classic millefeuille.
Our expert pastry chef will walk you through the lamination process, ensuring you achieve the coveted flaky, buttery layers. You will make the base dough in your own time before joining us live to laminate this dough. Finally on the following evening we will take you through the baking, shaping and assembly of this exquisite French dessert.
This workshop is perfect for those looking to elevate their baking game and impress friends and family with their pastry prowess.
This workshop will be carried out over the course of two evenings (25th & 26th September) each session will be hosted live with our team. You will need to prepare a basic dough the day before (24th September) a video guide is included in your recipe book.
Workshop suitability
The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.
