Matthew Jones would like to invite you to our Borough Market Bakery to join in one of his favourite traditions of the year, making mince pies.

A Bread Ahead Christmas would not be complete without a generous portion of mince pies and generosity is the key word at this time of year. Alongside Matthew you’ll learn exactly how we make our traditional mince pies, our blend of spices and fruits and the key to the absolute perfect bake. In the spirit of the season this mince pie masterclass will be entirely free, however spaces will be limited and we ask that you book just for yourself and one other guest so that as many bakers as possible can join in the festive fun.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 90 minutes.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
