An online exclusive and brand new product in the Bread Ahead bakery and school, we will be teaching you how to make Matthew’s signature chocolate Babka and traditional challah bread. If you want to learn how to truly impress your friends and family or you’ve wanted to really develop your skills making decorative breads this workshop is a must. We’ll ease you in with a delicious 2 strand chocolate babka working up to master a 6 strand plaited challah. 

This workshop is designed for bakers of all skill level, recipes are designed to be mixed by hand, no specialist equipment is needed. This workshop requires some preparation of ingredients and doughs prior to the event.
