New York, New York, so good they baked it twice… that’s right it’s bagels and pretzels, this New York duo that are simply a joy to bake at home. If you’ve never had the pleasure of eating a freshly baked bagel or pretzel this workshop is a must for you. Our expert bakers will take you through each stage of creating these classic treats, from the kneading, shaping, boiling and baking. 

This workshop is designed for bakers of all skill level, recipes are designed to be mixed by hand, no specialist equipment is needed.
