Wherever you are in the world you can now join us for a real British Tea Time! The third in our series of online baking experiences, Matthew will be showing you the art of cake baking. You’ll learn the techniques, tips and tricks to make the lightest Victoria sponge, a classic Swiss roll and Matthew’s very own chocolate cake and indulgent ganache.

You can book your place on this live 2.5 hour workshop and complete it from the comfort of your own kitchen.

This workshop is designed for bakers of all skill level, recipes are designed to be mixed by hand, but you can use a stand mixer if you need.
