Mastering the art of laminated doughs is the ultimate pursuit of bakers across the globe, join us online as we teach you how to perfect the techniques you’ll need to bake exquisite pastries at home. Once you’ve championed the skills alongside our expert baker you’ll gain the confidence and knowledge to create laminated doughs with ease, you’ll love just how versatile they can be. Together we’ll be baking puff pastry, frangipane and croissants. 

This workshop is designed for bakers of all skill level, recipes are designed to be mixed by hand, no specialist equipment is needed. This workshop requires some preparation of ingredients and doughs prior to the event.
