For those us with dietary needs or for better health opted for a gluten free diet we all know how hard it is to find delicious baked goods. Our gluten free course will have you baking wonderful gluten free sweet and savoury bakes in no time. Simplicity is the key, we use ingredients that are all natural and easy to source at health food shops and online. In this two hour workshop together we will bake a chia and linseed loaf, our incredibly popular buckwheat cheese straws and our classic almond amaretti. 

This workshop is designed for bakers of all skill level, recipes are designed to be mixed by hand, no specialist equipment is needed.
