Welcome to the second in our series of virtual baking experiences. One of our most popular workshops at the bakery school is our Italian baking course, and with good reason. Not only are the breads we produce delicious but they’re incredibly fun to make, if you’ve never tried ‘dough slapping’ you’re in for a treat.

Together we’ll create two classic Italian breads; a wonderfully light ciabatta and the flavour sensation that is of course focaccia. We’ll also be whipping up some much loved but often overlooked, grissini. Get your sleeves rolled up and let’s get baking.

You can book your place on this live 2.5 hour workshop and complete it from the comfort of your own kitchen.

This workshop is designed for bakers of all skill level, recipes are designed to be mixed by hand, but you can use a stand mixer if you need.
