From London to Denmark, Sweden and beyond, we’re baking up a Scandinavian smörgåsbord in this live online baking workshop. Together we’ll be creating some classic sweet and savoury bakes from one of our most popular courses at Bread Ahead. Our expert baker will guide you through a Danish nut loaf, the quintessential cinnamon and cardamom scroll and a beautifully flavoured caraway rye bread. 

This workshop is designed for bakers of all skill level, recipes are designed to be mixed by hand, no specialist equipment is needed.
