We’re extremely excited to bring you our latest online baking experience, we’ve been hard at work developing this one for you. Sourdough baking has always been our most sought after course and now you can join us no matter where you are. In this live online workshop we’ll be guiding you through the correct method to build and maintain a sourdough starter, we’ll bake a Borodinsky rye loaf and a classic white levain loaf.

You can book your place on this live 2.5 hour workshop and complete it from the comfort of your own kitchen.

This workshop is designed for bakers of all skill level, recipes are designed to be mixed by hand. To bake along with the tutor you will need an active sourdough starter. If you would like to create your own you will need to do so at least 6 days prior to your workshop.

Important: following their booking workshop attendees will be emailed a link 5 days prior to the course date.
