We’re excited to be opening the doors of our Bakery School for the day and inviting home bakers of all levels to join us. It’s the perfect opportunity to get together with our team, see the school in action, and learn more about what we do—and what’s coming up in the year ahead at Bread Ahead.

Throughout the day, we’ll be running reduced versions of three of our most popular workshops—croissants, pastéis de nata, and pizza—giving you the chance to try the key techniques behind each bake. These taster sessions are a great way to experience the style of our classes, meet our expert bakers, and pick up a few skills along the way.

Experience the best of our doughnut workshop with our Doughnut Demo, learn the key steps to making these pillowy delights and create two of your own to enjoy at home.

Our bakery school teacher Lucy will be hosting a Sourdough Q&A session in the afternoon, this is your chance to further your knowledge of sourdough baking or get the necessary confidence to make a start! The Q&A session will be open to drop ins and completely free, so do arrive early to make sure you don’t miss out.

Sessions times are as follows:

10am – Croissants (Taster session, £25)

11.15 am – Doughnut Piping (Demo, £5)

12:30pm – Pastéis de nata (Taster Session, £25)

2pm – Sourdough Q&A – Drop Ins Only

2.15pm – Doughnut Piping (Demo, £5)

3:30pm – Pizza (Taster Session, £25)

Bookings are limited to two people per booking, and we kindly ask that you choose just one taster or demo session so more people can enjoy the experience.
