Everyone’s favourite Thai takeout, we’re making a classic Pad Thai.

Create the ideal takeaway with us, you’ll learn how to create the authentic flavours of this well-known dish. Alongside our expert chef you’ll be guided through each and every step, including the all important mise-en-place, an essential part of getting this stir fried dish plated perfectly. Alongside this you’ll make a zesty papaya salad, a classic Thai dish and the perfect partner for your noodles.

We love the flavours of a prawn Pad Thai, but you can adapt this versatile recipe as you please. Once you’ve mastered the key flavours, spices and techniques you’ll be re-creating this dish over and over.

The workshop will last approximately 1-1.5 hours.
