Master the art of the scone in this three hour Tea House masterclass, and to quite literally top it off – you’ll make your own delicious jam!

The scone is a must-have element of any afternoon tea and there are a number of different ways to make them. In this workshop, our Expert Baker will show you how to make the perfect dough for a variety of fluffy and light scones. You will create a batch of fennel scones, cheese and herb scones as well as the classic scone.

We will also make our classic homemade jam, the quintessential pairing for any afternoon tea. The question remains whether to add jam before or after the cream!

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.
