This workshop will walk you through some of the cornerstones of sweet pastry baking, from the dough itself to the pistachio frangipane and a classic apricot compte. Our expert bakers will guide you through every step, from preparing the delicate pastry to assembling stunning fillings. Learn how to handle the dough with confidence and achieve that classic sweet crust pastry. You’ll complete the workshop with the skills and confidence to recreate these delectable treats at home any time.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.
