At Bread Ahead we believe the key to perfect pizza is a perfect pizza base, and this course gives you all of the guidance and instruction needed to create just that.

Let our bakers show you how to make the most delicious, authentic pizza at home, beats a Friday night take out every time!

We’ll also give you some guidance on how you can turn this same pizza dough into pizza’s favourite sidekick; garlic dough balls.

During the live workshop we will bake: PIZZA.

The workshop requires some basic preparation of ingredients and dough the day prior to the event.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.  Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 1.5 hours.
