Come and learn how to make puff pastry the Bread Ahead way! A great skill to own and that will open the door to many fantastic pastries and pies. You’ll learn about the secrets of a good lamination and go home with some delicious cheese and seeds straws without mentioning a very flaky jam tart and frangipane pie and a block of puff pastry so you can try your hand at baking at home!

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.
