Learn to bake delicious regional breads from Italy.

In just two hours you’ll create some of Italy’s more undiscovered breads, friselles and pasta dura.

Learn about regional Italian baking with two traditional breads found across Italy. From the Northern districts of Emilia Romagna to Puglia in the south, these breads offer a distinct taste of local Italian baking.

Along with our expert bakers you will bake the semolina and white flour based friselles, a twice baked ring shaped bread, enjoyed much like a bruschetta with olive oil and seasonal tomatoes. You will also make the uniquely shaped pasta dura, a classic bread, rolled and scored to create a wonderfully crisp crust.

During the live baking workshop we will make: FRISELLES & PASTA DURA

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2– 2 .5 hours.
