Master this classic sauce and steak in this masterclass.

Every chef begins their journey with the classic sauces and our expert chef is going to take you through every step of a Bearnaise. Typically paired with steak this sauce is a rich blend of herbs, peppercorns and enriched further with butter and egg yolks.

Of course this masterclass wouldn’t be complete without looking at the all important steak. You’ll learn how to expertly season, prepare and cook your steak. An essential skill for home cooks and chefs alike. We’ll be rounding this masterclass off with some freshly fried proper chips, the perfect steak dinner in less than two hours.

The workshop will last approximately 1.5 hours.
