What better way to spend a Sunday than baking sourdough with Matthew.

Sourdough baking has always been our most sought after course and now you can join us no matter where you are. Through this workbook and during your workshop we’ll be guiding you through the correct method to build and maintain a sourdough starter, 2 classic sourdough loaves and we will demo a no knead sourdough that delivers excellent results every time.

During the 2.5 hour live workshop we will bake: RYE STARTERBORODINSKY RYE LOAFWHITE LEVAIN LOAF.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed. The workshop requires some preparation of ingredients and doughs prior to the event; you will need an active sourdough starter. If you would like to create your own you will need to do so at least 6 days prior to your workshop, we have included a comprehensive guide as well as links to buy ready made active starter (uk delivery). Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2.5 hours.
